My first steps on the mat I've moved playing with my colleagues with whom I attended the course in Judo as a child. We all lived the room devoted to the lesson and as an area where we were taught a martial discipline with all its rules to follow and respect both as a recreational area since the lesson of freedom were always moments when we could give rein to our imagination of children stunts without fear of hurt us. With the passage of time those first steps have given way to more careful steps and determined when the game has given way to the study of complex movements and items that require a methodical and consistent training and finally the tatami has become for me a dojo where to work with myself.
