I just learned the terrible news of your death and I am really shaken. You were one of my favorite in terms of Japanese animation, the genius behind such masterpieces as Millennium Actress , Paprika and Tokyo Godfathers . You went away yesterday, August 24, 2010, aged just 46 years. It seems I was sick of cancer ... Well, whatever the cause I do not care because you're gone and I still miss you so much. I hope the world where you are now is joyous, magical and colorful as the one in your movie.
